Ingredients
- ¾ cup boiling water
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 5 drops vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 drops liquid stevia, or to taste
Instructions
- Combine boiling water, egg, MCT oil, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Whip until well mixed and frothy. Add enough stevia to reach desired sweetness.
- Substitute coffee for the boiling water if preferred.
