I became so weary of eating dry, dried-out pork chops that I developed this recipe for bone-in pork chops baked in the oven. Understanding your internal temperatures is the key to successfully cooking meat and poultry. Because of this, you should buy an instant-read digital meat thermometer. I never cook without one. These go well with garlicky mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, in my opinion.

5.16.21 The fresh clementine juice in this cocktail is awesome, adds incredible flavor. I forgot to strain the juice, but it didn’t seem to matter. Bourbon’s still the star, but the fresh juice is the perfect partner.
