A fantastic dish for chicken kebabs with saffron. It tastes great when chicken is alternately skewered with slices of pepper, mushroom, onion, and cherry tomato.

Ingredients
- 1 ⅔ ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ⅔ ounces orange juice
- ⅓ ounce white rum
- ⅓ ounce Cointreau
- ⅓ ounce lime juice (such as Rose’s®)
- 2 dashes grenadine syrup
- ⅔ ounce dark rum (such as Myers’s®)
- 1 slice orange
Instructions
- Pour pineapple juice, orange juice, white rum, Cointreau, lime juice, and grenadine into a glass with ice. Pour dark rum on top and garnish with a slice of orange.
- If you want to make a punch, mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Add fresh pineapple, lemon, and oranges to the punch.
