Chris’s Planter’s Punch

A fantastic dish for chicken kebabs with saffron. It tastes great when chicken is alternately skewered with slices of pepper, mushroom, onion, and cherry tomato.

Ingredients

  1. 1 ⅔ ounces pineapple juice
  2. 1 ⅔ ounces orange juice
  3. ⅓ ounce white rum
  4. ⅓ ounce Cointreau
  5. ⅓ ounce lime juice (such as Rose’s®)
  6. 2 dashes grenadine syrup
  7. ⅔ ounce dark rum (such as Myers’s®)
  8. 1 slice orange

Instructions

  1. Pour pineapple juice, orange juice, white rum, Cointreau, lime juice, and grenadine into a glass with ice. Pour dark rum on top and garnish with a slice of orange.
  2. If you want to make a punch, mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Add fresh pineapple, lemon, and oranges to the punch.
