- ¼ cup instant oatmeal
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk
- 1 scoop chocolate-flavored protein powder
Instructions
- Blend oatmeal in an electric blender until it is a fine powder. Add ice, strawberries, milk, and protein powder and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
