Chinese Winter Melon Smoothie

When served chilled, this simple smoothie made with Chinese winter melon and honey dew melon is incredibly cooling.

Ingredients

  1. 2 wedges Chinese winter melon
  2. 2 wedges honeydew melon
  3. 1 cup cold water
  4. 2 teaspoons white sugar
  5. 2 teaspoons hot water
  6. 8 cubes ice

Instructions

  1. Combine winter melon, honeydew melon, and cold water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses.
  2. Combine sugar and hot water in a small glass; stir to dissolve. Add to the smoothies with ice cubes. Serve chilled.
