Cantaloupe Frenzy

Coconut milk and curry powder are used in this paleo-style stir fry. Give shrimp a try!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cantaloupe – peeled, seeded and cubed
  2. 3 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
  3. 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place cantaloupe cubes and ice into the container of a blender. Process until the ice is in small pieces. Add sugar, and puree. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
