Also substituted half pineapple rum for half the pineapple juice
i have made these for years but have never used pineapple juice or orange juice i like it better without them
Followed the recipe, upped the rum and added pineapple slices to the blender.
Really refreshing and creamy. We liked the cream of coconut, even though my husband isn’t usually a coconut fan.
Excellent. I added just a tiny bit of grenadine syrup because we like sweet.
I love coconut, so I Love this drink. I used coconut rum and doubled the rum for extra kick. Very delicious.
This was so good I made a few more servings. I added a little extra rum & curacao only because one person I made it for wanted a little stronger. Otherwise, this was perfect …..
I made this last summer. Perfect as is, I changed nothing.
Really great. I will definitely be making this again
Great balance of flavors.
So refreshing and sooooo good.
Substituted sorbe coconut juice for the coconut cream. Skipped the pineapple ring and cherry garnish. I did not really care much for the curaçao liquor flavor. I was expecting more of a Kailua mudslide texture, but instead it was more foamy or frothy. Which could due to the sorbe coconut drink that I used.
Just sweet enough and totally delicious. Flavors were well balanced and tasted just as good as the ones we used to enjoy so long ago!
Not one change and from what I can remember, this drink was terrific! Loved it exactly the way it’s called for in the recipe!
Just mixed up a batch for Father’s Day celebration in a ratio of 1:1:2 of Parrot Bay Coconut, blue Curacao and pineapple juice and it was delicious! Will be on to round 2 here soon so I thought I should write this review first. Yum!
Loved it. One of my favs
Very tasty, after making a pitcher my husband and I both decided it needed more of a punch and doubled the rum.
Great summer drink. Very refreshing and my family and friends enjoy. We make it all the time.
YUM. So freaking awesome!
Just made this. So refreshing. Though I think I might try a little less cream and maybe a tad more pineapple
This drink is really good. To make it slushier add 1.5 cups of crushed ice. Also really strong pineapple taste so I’d recommend using a little less creme of coconut.
