With a loaf of French bread to soak in the sauce, this New Orleans BBQ shrimp makes a spectacular entrée. Any guest would enjoy this fantastic supper, especially with a glass of wine and some pasta.

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup milk
  2. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  3. 1 tablespoon cookie butter (such as Biscoff®)
  4. ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  5. 1 cup coffee

Instructions

  1. Heat milk and brown sugar in a small saucepan until frothy, close to simmering. Reduce heat to low. Whisk in cookie butter and cinnamon, then mix in coffee.

To me the Biscoff taste was completely lost. It just tasted like sweet coffee. Maybe if the coffee is cut back to 1/2 cup, I might like it better. I made this into an iced latte instead of a regular latte. As written, I don’t think I would make it again.

Yummy, I used 10oz milk and 1 Nespresso Ristretto Pod. Not too sweet, just right. Loved it! Now I have another use for cookie butter other than eating it out the jar lol. Thanks!
