For a cool drink to relieve a burning thirst or a hot summer day, try this recipe! Wonderfully yummy! Use frozen berries to simply make it thicker!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup apple juice
  2. 1 cup orange juice
  3. ⅓ cup milk
  4. 1 tablespoon honey
  5. 2 frozen strawberries, thawed
  6. ⅓ cup frozen raspberries, thawed
  7. ⅔ cup frozen blueberries, thawed
  8. 3 cubes ice

Instructions

  1. Place the apple juice, orange juice, milk, honey, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until slushy. Serve cold.

The orange juice dominates in this, and for our tastes, I think I’d add a little more apple juice and less OJ the next time. Nice, would have again.
