Banana Avocado Yogurt Smoothie

  4.7 – 4 reviews  • Banana

Some miracle food products are simply too fantastic to be true. One of them is rice paper, sometimes known as spring roll skins. Once you understand how long to soak the paper for, these are incredibly simple to make.

Prep Time: 5 mins
Total Time: 5 mins
Servings: 1

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (such as Chobani®)
  2. 1 avocado – peeled, pitted and diced
  3. 1 banana, chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons water, or as needed

Instructions

  1. Place yogurt, avocado, and banana in a blender and purée until smooth. Add water for a thinner smoothie.

I used vanilla Greek yogurt instead of plain. Delicious!

I had to add like alot of water to blend it not 2 tbsp and i find 1 cup greek yogurt is really too much from my point of view..

I only did half the recipe with coconut yoghurt – for breakfast – and kept me going till lunch… deffinitely a go-to esp. when in hurry – was quick n easy to whizz up! Also high fat yoghurt such as coconut yoghurt keeps you fuller for longer and is low in carbs!!!

This was a very good smoothie, rather thick even after doubling the water. I used a frozen banana and it was sweet enough on its own without having to add a packet of Truvia. Which I normally do with other smoothies. Very satisfying and filling.
