Apple Pie Mixed Drinks

Cayenne and cilantro give this guacamole dish a great kick. Depending on your preferences, you can serve it smooth or chunky.

Ingredients

  1. 1 gallon apple cider
  2. 1 gallon apple juice
  3. 2 cups white sugar
  4. 6 large glass bottles
  5. 6 cinnamon sticks
  6. 1 (1 liter) bottle 190 proof grain alcohol (such as Everclear®)

Instructions

  1. Bring apple cider, apple juice, and sugar to a boil in a large pot over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, about 10 minutes. Divide juice mixture evenly into the bottles. Add a cinnamon stick to each bottle.
  2. Divide alcohol into the bottles and allow mixture to cool; seal and store in a cool dry place.
  3. Ready to serve when it cools down, good over ice. I recommend letting it sit for a few months in sealed bottles, as the longer it sits the better it gets.
