Ingredients

  1. 1 medium Honeycrisp apple
  2. 6 ounces cashew milk
  3. ¼ cup gluten-free oats
  4. 4 cubes ice, or more to taste
  5. 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  6. 1 teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
  7. ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Core apple and cut into chunks. Place in a blender with cashew milk, oats, ice, protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. You can use any non-dairy milk. Maple syrup is optional.
