All year long, my mother makes these. By far, they are my favorite breakfast food! In most cases, I double the filling.

Reviews
I couldn’t find the POM tea, so I used Teavana Peach Green tea in its place. This is very refreshing! My watermelon was not very sweet, so I did add a bit of sugar when blending. Tasty!
I really enjoyed this. It’s light and refreshing and a nice change of pace on a hot day. The flavor is light and not overly sweet.
Nice, refreshing drink. I preferred straining out the pulp. I had a 12 oz peach green tea. I used half of a big watermelon and added about 1 cup of water. It almost filled a 2 quart pitcher.
