Ingredients

  1. 1 cup fresh frozen pineapple
  2. 1 cup coconut-pineapple sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen pineapple and sparkling water in a blender; blend until icy and frothy, 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. If pineapple is not sweet enough, add 1 packet sweetener, such as Truvia(R). Top with fat-free whip cream if desired.
