Cool green sauce in the Mexican style that you can use over tacos, enchiladas, or anything else you like. A hot sauce that is light, refreshing, and ideal for summer! Serrano chili peppers have a high heat tolerance. I’ll start with 1. Add extra peppers till you reach the desired level of heat if you prefer it hotter.

Super easy and delish! We doubled the recipe with 9 tomatillos, 3 serranos and 1tsp salt along with the rest of the original recipe. SPICY but tasty, my new go to!
I doubled the recipe and skipped the pepper and already had a friend request the recipe. Her kids loved it!
Very good. I added the whole avocado.
I put one whole avocado in it not just one half.
Turned out great and spicy! Husband says it could use more avacodo. I did add the juice of 1/2 a lime and about a 1/4 cup of onion.
This is a quick delicious addition to fajitas. My family enjoys things hot, so I actually used 2 small Serrano chiles fresh from our garden. This is great on tortilla chips as well.
This is so good, easy and delicious. If you don’t have a serrano pepper use a jalapeno pepper. Want it spicy – leave the seeds in, want it more mild, remove the seeds and ribs from the pepper. Either way this is really good.
Quick, easy and yummy.
