This delicious, hot salsa made with mango, pineapple, peach, and jalapenos tastes great with chips, tacos, BBQ chicken, and even tofu. In addition, pineapple mojitos make a fantastic pairing!

Ingredients
- 2 mangos, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 2 peaches, halved, pitted, and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place mangos, peaches, tomatoes, onion, red pepper, yellow pepper, pineapple, and cilantro in a large bowl. Stir in water, sugar, lime juice, jalapeño, garlic, and salt until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- I use a food processor to chop the onion, bell peppers, cilantro, and jalapeño. If you use one, be careful not to liquify the veggies.

I love this recipe! Prep time is a little underestimated, lots to chop. I don’t like raw garlic or jalapeno so I used garlic powder and added Frank’s hot sauce. Served it with Chiavetta’s marinated pork tenderloin grilled. Chiavettas is a WNY marinade. Greatly enjoyed.
This salsa is delicious!! The recipe is definitely a keeper! I did add a little more lime juice than called for, but that’s just a personal preference The only thing I would do differently is I would taste it before adding the sugar. The fruit I got was so good and sweet that I don’t think the sugar would have even been needed. I’m going to try it on top of cedar plank salmon!
Love it
Loved this so much! I had to improvise quite a bit because I did not have fresh fruit, so I used frozen peaches and mangoes (no pineapple). I love recipes like this that are conducive to using what you have on hand. Also had to leave out the yellow pepper but I had everything else. Used as a topping for carne al pastor over black beans & rice. OMG, I loved this! Can’t wait to make it again.
I left the mango and peaches out and it was very good anyway. Served it with Mahi Mahi and coconut rice. Just perfect!
Loved this! Only thing I did different was add a little white wine vinegar but this is amazing!
Awesome recipe!!! I doubled and going to try freezing and canning so I can have in winter. Used all fresh ingredients. I love cilantro so put as much as you want!
Delicious! We loved it. It makes a big batch. Everyone was so impressed. I wouldn’t change a thing. It’s perfect.
Turned out great. The whole family loved it.
I added black beans sweet corn, red onion and some garlic lime cilantro seasoning! Just amazing and delicious!
Adjustments: – 2x the jalapeno – 1/2 the onion – skip the pineapple Medium hot. AWESOME!
Didn’t have pineapple on hand by it was great lots of compliments
I only used peaches. No garlic. Did not add water because the peaches provide enough liquid after chilling. Very delicious. Would recommend.
Awesome. I go bi on cilantro as I like it and if you get good fruit no sugar is needed. Thx. Great recipe
I LOVE it!!! The only thing I changed about it was the sugar. I substitute it for honey.
This has got to be my favorite all-time food. I personally don’t like to add the garlic. I use all kinds of fruits and vegetables, but try not to use mushy fruits that won’t last too long in the salad. A couple of good mangos are a must. This is the most delicious, healthy salad ever. I try to keep one in my refrigerator as often as I can. The only downside is that it takes some time to cut up all the ingredients. It’s definitely worth it!
Big hit with everyone.
I made this recipe for our Tuesday Family Dinner/ Game night, and I’ll tell you- it was an absolute hit! My father(who is picky about salsa) actually texted me last night and asked if I could make it for the next game night! I followed the recipe, which is a good way to utilize fresh fruit that is getting too ripe, and I added in 1/2 can of tomato paste just to thicken it up a little bit, works like a charm! Definitely use fresh produce, if you can. like I mentioned, I had all the ingredients in my kitchen, and needed to use all of it before it went bad. I read another review that suggested pineapple juice instead of water, which I’ll do on the next batch. Thanks for the great recipe!
This is a summer must have!!! I did the dressing on the side and added some peach lemonade, since I didn’t have pineapple juice. Turned out fantastic!!!
We added cayenne pepper to kick it up a notch and served with lime flavored Tostitos. Took with us to a boat outing with a group and it was a big hit!
I would highly recommend this salsa it was amazing and my family loved it. The only thing is it was hard to cut the mango small enough so I had to dice it in a blender. I would have thought the garlic clove might ruin it but it was a welcome surprise to the salsa.
