Mango-Dragon Fruit Salsa

This salsa will temper the heat of any hotter seafood meal and provide a splash of color to any seafood dish.

Ingredients

  1. ¾ cup chopped mango
  2. ¾ cup peeled and chopped dragon fruit
  3. ¾ cup chopped red bell pepper
  4. 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  5. 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  6. 1 tablespoon lime juice
  7. salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine mango, dragon fruit, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until ready to serve.
  2. Try a mixture of both yellow and white dragon fruit for variation.
