Mango Avocado Salsa

  4.0 – 2 reviews  • Avocado Salsa Recipes

All through the year, my mother would make these, changing just the color of the sugar used for the coating. If you want varied colors and a little flavor in your sugar, try mixing a tiny amount of powdered drink mix (like Kool-Aid crystals) with white sugar. (Don’t forget the sugar; else, the flavor will be overpowering.)

Great ingredients but bland. I used half the sugar and would cut that by half again. I added a juice of half a lime and a dash of tobacco as well as fresh cilantro to zip it up.
