Great dip Will make this again
This is good and easy. I do add taco seasoning to hamburger for more flavor. BTW, women liked this too.
Good start on Game Day dip. I added a taco-type seasoning to the meat and sprinkled seasoning liberally over the cream cheese in the pan. I used shredded cheddar (there’s a law in WI against using processed cheese in any dip), a can of diced, fire-roasted tomatoes, one can (drained) of black beans and one bag of frozen Mexican Street Corn. If you like it with more zip, add seeded jalapeno, a can of green chiles, or chopped, roasted poblano peppers. It’s the bomb for the big bowl in the middle of the table – double the recipe!
It was so good I am keeping this recipe for party’s and football games
Very good. Boyfriend loves it. Thank you
Excellent recipe! Left off the cream cheese.
I thought it was very good. I only made one minor tweak….I added SPG to the hamburger. it’s very good with Frito scoops and tortilla chips.
This dip will be enjoyed today and for football history! Thanks for the good idea!
Delicious. Family loved it. Mixed the cream cheese with ricotta and turned out great
We are addicted to this dip, how simple and delicious. I did mine in a crock pot as I was taking to a party.
Very easy and it was eaten pretty quickly at our football party. I didn’t change anything.
Loved it for Sunday night football so filling!
This was pretty great. I added some garlic salt and black pepper to the meat, and next time I would double the cream cheese, since that was our favorite part.
It was OK but I doubt I would make it again.
Crowd fav!
Amazing and oh so easy. Very flexible dip, I used a mix of misc cheese that I had open and a good beer. We so yummy with soft pretzels. Made enough to freeze for another date – looking forward to pulling it out of the freezer soon.
I made this a few times and used a three cheese cheddar blend on top. Not only did it look great but tasted great too.
I made this at the last Superbowl Party, my hubby and his 3 brothers were like ravaging animals! I had to make two more batches.
This was kind of blah. I would definitely add more ingredients if I make it again.
Second time I made this I added taco seasoning to the meat and the cream cheese and I used Ro-Tel tomatos but both times, sooo good.
Add diced green onion over the salsa and use either the Mexican blend of cheese or shredded cheddar instead of the “processed” cheese. Sliced jalapeno’s on top prior to baking or microwaving give it a nice “bite”!!
