Very good, but use less feta.
Yummy!! didn’t use oregano used cilantro instead. Also used avocado oil instead of olive oil.. Very light and perfect for the summer with grilled food.
I made the mistake of bringing the salsa to my family for game night…. it was so freaking delicious that I didn’t have any leftover to take home for lunch tomorrow follow recipe exactly as is!!!!
I made this using 1/4 avocado, 1/4 medium totmato, 30 gr feta cheese, 1 tbs lemon juice, 1 tbs olive oil, salt and peper to taste. I make mix them all together until it becomes a smooth mixture. It’s very tasty recipe??
I made this switching out the oregano and parsley for cilantro on Thanksgiving and everyone LOVED it! It was gone within 5 mins and I DOUBLED the recipe! If you’re making it for large groups I suggest making it at least x4.
This recipe is divine! I usually make this this with Greek seasoned pork and Indian bread. My family loves this salsa (even my husband who isn’t a huge fan of avocado).
I added bacon!
So delicious.
This is a fabulous recipe! I did not “chop” the ingredients into small bits – instead, I cubed the tomatoes and avocado because I chose to serve this as a side dish – more like a salad than a salsa. It was beautiful and tasty served with pan fried turkey breasts and fresh steamed green beans. Wonderful!
This is a new favorite. I’ve made it twice and have added black beans and corn. It’s great as is, or with other herbs and additions. Thanks for sharing!
I used cilantro since it was all I had on hand. No other changes. I let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours. Super good! Such good fresh flavors . Served it with naan. Will make again!
I used cilantro instead of oregano and I’ve always used the red wine vinegar. I’m always asked to bring it!

I added red and yellow bell pepper and cucumbers to the mix. Tasted great! Very fresh.
This recipe is very tasty and keeps you filled up. I didn’t make any changes to the recipe.
The only changes I made were to double the recipe and add double the vinegar for a little extra tang.
This recipe is awesome! I used cilantro/parsley and received a lot of compliments. Delicious!
It was easy to make and delicious.
I used fresh assorted sized tomatoes out of the garden, and added cilantro as well as parsley to add some zip. It’s a keeper
I used it as a topping for tacos with sour cream
OMG soooooo good!
