A friend made this and i love it! Will be making it for myself. It reminds me of German tee wurst without the lightly smoked flavour. Enjoyed on open-faced black bread with thinly sliced onions. Thank you for metric measurements! What does one do to measure 1.8 or 2.3oz? Is that ounces by volume or weight (i presume weight since the corresponding measure is grams)? Who measures water by weight? FYI, 55g of water is 55ml.

This is a fun spread/dip to use as an app for a luau theme meal. The Spam gives it a very light and creamy texture and it dips perfectly with a sturdy chip or cracker. If you buy regular vs. low salt Spam check the salt level before adding the salt. I added none and it was plenty salty. I added a bit of lemon juice to counteract the saltiness.
Another recipe that should be rewritten to be more friendly for home cooks. The metric weights can be confusing.
