Ingredients

  1. 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  2. 16 ounces Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  3. 3 ounces bacon bits
  4. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  5. 1 cup chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in 1-quart baking dish. Cover. Heat 25-30 minutes or until hot.
  3. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables, crackers and/or chips. Makes 3 cups.
  4. *Serving option: Dip may also be placed in hollowed round sourdough loaf, wrapped in foil and heated in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Very easy and quick to make, and tastes wonderful. Cleaning the pan afterwards is kind of a bear though.
