Ingredients

  1. 3 .5 Ounce Jar Roasted Red Pepper – Diced
  2. 8 Ounce 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese – Room Temperature
  3. 1 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese – Shredded
  4. 1 cup Mozzarella – Shredded
  5. 1/2 Small Onion – Minced
  6. 1 Tablespoon Garlic Power
  7. 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  8. 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  9. Salt And Pepper To Taste
  10. Pretzel Crisps®

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients and place in a baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Serve hot with Japelpeno Jack or Everything Pretzel Crisps.
