Fruit Board with Hot Honey Yogurt Dip

  4.7 – 3 reviews  • Dairy Recipes
This is a major upgrade to a fruit salad. I love to lay all different kinds of fruit and citrus on a board and let people create their own combinations! The hot honey yogurt perfectly complements the natural sweetness of the fruit.

  1. 1 cup honey
  2. 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  3. 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

  5. 2 cups Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Add the honey and red pepper flakes to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then turn off the heat and add the apple cider vinegar. Let the hot honey cool, then strain it into a jar and store at room temperature.
