Ingredients

  1. 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  2. 2/3 cup sour cream
  3. 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  4. 1 tablespoon Spice Islands® Parsley
  5. 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Beau Monde Seasoning
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Dill Weed

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion, parsley, Beau Monde Seasoning, and dill weed in a small bowl.
  2. Cover and chill a minimum of 30 minutes to blend flavors.

My dad made this dip for gatherings and it has long-since been my favorite to eat with crackers and carrot sticks.

This dip is incredible! It has the perfect blend of spices. I prefer to make it the night before to let the flavor truly pop, then take a pumpernickel loaf, cut off the top, hollow it out (reserving the chunks of bread and serve the dip in it. I put a combination of the reserved chunks of pumpernickel bread, green onions, carrots, celery and mini colored peppers around the edge prior to serving. It’s very pretty and always a hit.
