Ingredients

  1. 1 can (15 oz.) Del Monte® Sweet Peas-No Salt Added, drained
  2. 1 ripe medium avocado, peeled and pitted
  3. 1 medium jalapeno chili pepper, (seeded, if desired)
  4. Juice of 2 to 3 medium limes
  5. 1 to 2 medium garlic cloves, peeled
  6. 1/4 cup basil pesto
  7. (Optional) pita wedges, tortilla chips, raw veggies

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients, except chips, in blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. 2. Serve with pita wedges, tortilla chips, or raw veggies.
