For this simple dish, which is gluten free and lower in carbs if you replace the wheat flour with ground almonds or almond flour, as I do, there is no need to soak dry chickpeas for an entire night. To make tasty, crispy, and healthier falafel, all you need is an air fryer.

This is hands down the best bread pudding recipe. We had this at a restaurant in Charleston and we’re hooked. I’m glad we found this recipe. It tastes just like the one we ate. I added blackberries to it to give it some balance.
Absolutely amazing and easy to make. Every family member loved, loved, LOVED this!
Oh my goodness, this is so good! I cut the recipe in half, using 1 egg and it is pure, decadent perfection! Thanks for sharing this recipe! This is definitely going into my “keeper” file!
I made an account just for this recipe. It is extremely rich, filling, and above all, delicious. Absolutely divine when warm with vanilla bean ice cream.
This is the best bread pudding that I’ve ever eaten! Yummy!
I am from New Orleans and I have been eating bread pudding my entire life from the best of 5 star restaurants and the best generation of family and friends recipes and this recipe is by far the BEST I have ever had. Of course I use day old local French bread and I have tried other breads but the outcome is the same.
I only used 1 1/2 cups of sugar and added 1/2 stick of melted butter to the pudding and mix with my hands. Then only used 1/2 of recipe of the suace. But our family of 15 loves it for Christmas dinner.
