Sugarless Pumpkin Pie I

This pie tastes great, yet I have diabetes.

Yield: 1 to 9 – inch pie

Ingredients

  1. 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
  2. 1 cup solid pack pumpkin puree
  3. ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  7. 6 packets granulated artificial sweetener

Instructions

  1. Beat egg, sugar substitute and spices until fluffy. Add milk and pumpkin; mix well.
  2. Pour into unbaked 8-inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
