At least once a week, my mother would make beef stew in a pressure cooker. I have altered the flavor such that it no longer tastes like “meat and potatoes” because I constantly crave it.

Really like them!! Rather simple to make. I used a straw to core the strawberry and cut the top just a bit to help it stand better. Used a bit of condensed milk and almond extract. I dipped the bottoms in white chocolate to help keep the mix inside.
Awesome.and easy to do with kids
Very easy and was a big hit
Delish!
NYE dessert was an enormous success, subbing BochaSweet, orange zest, & vanilla extract for sugar and liqueur. No pastry bag or tip, so halved, hollowed, and spooned filling into the berries.
A delicious treat! I didn’t have orange liqueur so I subbed almond extract. I also dipped the bottoms in melted dark chocolate. So good!
I used grated orange zest instead of liqueur. Definitely will make every strawberry season.
I added heavy cream
I made this for Valentine’s Day. What a great presentation for the amount of work. I used an additional 1/4 cup of 10X sugar for extra sweetness. After stuffing, I dipped bottom in melted chocolate and sprinkled with mini-chocolate chips. Wonderful platter! I like that they can be made earlier in the day. Next time I am trying it with sweetened ricotta. Thanks Chef John! Again!
This was so easy to make and while they don’t look very pretty, they are delicious
Simple ingredients with great tasty results. Big family hit. Just a bit messy to fill strawberries. This will be made again for sure.
I use the same recipe but instead of this shape, I cut the tip off and stuff in between, and a dollop on top, so they look like little Santas. Add 2 chocolate sprinkles for eyes. Group assembly at annual Christmas party has become a holiday ritual. If I skipped, I’d be in trouble!
Very hard to pipe in filling. Maybe use as dip.
Just made this tonight and was awesome. Used amaretto just b/c that’s what I had and topped with a blueberry. Will definitely make again and want to dip in chocolate next time. Great recipe! Thanks.
Delicious, beautiful and easy.
Outstanding dessert.
is really good i like it
Great tasting desert. Very easy to make.
Easy and Awesome!
No changes it was really good. .but if u orange extract u just need a lil drop..it has a strong taste..I can’t wait to make at a family gathering..
Amazing recipe. I recommend making a double batch for partys because if you only make one, it will be gone in five minutes! I made half with blueberries on top, and half with chocolate chips. Either way, it tastes great!
