A banana cookie bar that is incredibly moist. In my home, these never last very long. Before cutting, dusted with powdered sugar. These are my favorite frozen treats. The bars should be sliced, then placed in snack bags and frozen. Then simply take a bag out and eat anytime you choose!

Delicious. Great depth of flavor, the rum extract seems to enhance the spices. Just the right amount of mini chips. Lovely and moist. Grandkid approved.
Very good!
This recipe was a big hit! I often make banana bread or banana cake with my overripe bananas, but I decided to give this one a try since I had sour cream I needed to use. The additional spices really sets this apart! I used only 1 cup of sugar and it was plenty sweet enough for my family.
Delicious.. took these to church and everyone loved them. I added walnuts
