12.16.20 If you like pumpkin pie or pumpkin bread, I think you’ll like this. Hard to believe that something so easy and made with so few ingredients can taste this good. The texture is somewhere between a mousse and pudding, very light. I used Splenda® and sugar-free whipped topping at no sacrifice to flavor. This one’s a keeper, thanks for sharing!
