I’ve made this several times and with many different fruit combinations. For me it’s a no-fail recipe and always is so good. My family, ranging from 9 to 72, all love it. Thanks for the great recipe!

Winter time is a challenge to find nice tasting fresh fruit. I used canned mandarin oranges and canned pineapple, cherry pie filling and fresh blueberries. It all tastes great!

I will make this again, it was very fresh!

excited to post my photo of this recipe before even tasting it because it’s so easy, and easy to make beautiful. I added almond extract instead of vanilla; I imagine orange extract and/or peel would also compliment these flavors. Instead of water in the preserves, I used the light syrup drained from the mandarin oranges.

Wonderful and tasty. Had this for guests and they all loved it! I made them as individual cookies, which was so easy . No plating of dessert. One recommendation would be to make sure to use plenty of the cream cheese frosting on the edges as that’s will make the fruit stick on. Will definitely make again. If you make it as individual cookies, allow for prep time as its kind of putsy.

This made a great impression! So easy. I debated rolling the dough out or cutting it into cookies and then laying it in the pizza pan. Cutting the cookies was the way to go. Easier to press the dough together and be sure it will cover the pan evenly. Also pack as much fruit as you can to make it pretty and fruity. I could’ve put more fruit on it and it would’ve looked a bit better. I only had a 14” pizza pan so I added another 4 oz of cream cheese a dash more sugar and vanilla. It looks like you slaved but it’s so easy!

Pretty yummy. I added a splash of heavy cream (whipped cream would work) to the topping to lighten it up.

Awesome! Will definitley be making this again!

I did not use the preserves and put on the fruit I wanted in the desired amounts and I baked on a large cookie sheet. Baking time was the same. I also didn’t use foil and just greased the cookie sheet. The rest I followed and oh man was this fabulous! Sooo good!

I would cut back on the sugar added to the cream cheese

I made the recipe with a slight change, I added cool whip to the cream cheese and took out the sugar. It was Perfect! my husband said it reminded him of a German torte.

HUGE hit at work! I made this for a co-worker’s birthday treat who isn’t really in to cakes and pies. She loved it and so did everyone else! Super easy, looks beautiful, and tastes fantastic.
