Our family has developed this variation of the Lebanese Garlic Sauce into a foolproof recipe. On grilled meats, as a salad dressing, and in meals that call for a strong garlic flavor, it can be used as a condiment. Immersion mixing, in our experience, performs significantly better than using a blender. Don’t twice the salt if you’re double the batch; use 1 1/2 tablespoons instead.
