Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, at room temperature
- 3 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 dash green or red food coloring
Instructions
- Beat butter in a bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth and creamy; gradually add confectioners’ sugar and milk and beat until smooth. Add peppermint extract and food coloring and beat on high speed until fluffy.

It was good however I did not use the red food coloring. Also I used 1/4 tsp of the peppermint flavoring just because I didn’t want it to be too strong. Is great on brownies with some red sprinkles or crushed peppermints on the top.
It’s great overall delicous! but heres a tip: check your icing sugar and get clean butter (i found 5 whole cockroaches and many peices of it when i finished mine) but other than that no changes needed!
