An easy frosting with a mint taste. If preferred, you can use 4 to 6 tablespoons of crème de menthe syrup in place of the peppermint essence and milk.

It was good however I did not use the red food coloring. Also I used 1/4 tsp of the peppermint flavoring just because I didn’t want it to be too strong. Is great on brownies with some red sprinkles or crushed peppermints on the top.

It’s great overall delicous! but heres a tip: check your icing sugar and get clean butter (i found 5 whole cockroaches and many peices of it when i finished mine) but other than that no changes needed!
