Pear Crisp for Two

5.0 – 1 reviews  • Pear Crisps and Crumbles Recipes

With tomato soup, making this hamburger stew is simple. It’s more like a soup in reality. You can modify it to your liking.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 35 mins
Total Time: 45 mins
Servings: 2
Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

  1. 1 ½ cups pears – peeled, cored, and chopped
  2. 1 tablespoon honey
  3. 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  4. 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  5. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  6. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  7. 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  8. ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  9. 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease two small ramekins and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Mix pears, honey, and flour together in a bowl. Place equal amounts of the fruit mixture into each bowl.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, butter, walnuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a small bowl; crumble on top of the fruit.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until slightly brown, about 35 minutes. Serve.
  5. You can use 1 1/2 cups fruit of your choice – apples, peaches, etc. You can use ground oats instead of graham crackers, and maple syrup instead of honey.

Very simple, and not too sweet! Will make again, using another type of fruit. Thank you!
