Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 2 small mangoes – peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Stir almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cardamom together in a bowl with a lid. Refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
- Combine mango and maple syrup in a blender; blend until smooth.
- Layer chia pudding and mango puree in 4 dessert bowls or glasses.
- Garnish the chia pudding with some granola if you like.
