Easy recipe came out super good. I used golden raisins, a box of french toast sticks and sweet potato puree instead of applesauce. made a simple cream cheese icing to drizzle on top!

I was able to eat this, although it is not something I would make again. I used an extra cup of bread cubes, and it could have used more. I baked for 1 hr and 20 minutes, and it was still very wet in the middle, but the edges were starting to burn. The applesauce is an interesting ingredient, but it was too much. It is rather soggy. Sorry it didn’t work for me. Maybe others will like it better.

This is a very nice and easy recipe, that my family enjoyed. It is much like bread pudding, and I think next time I make it I will add more spices, such as pumpkin pie or apple spices, to kick up the flavor a bit.
