Use this acidic and creamy dip as a fruit salad dressing or for dipping fruit. It works wonders on strawberries. The majority of people are unaware it contains tequila. They simply are aware that it is delicious!

Ingredients

  1. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  2. 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  3. ½ cup lemon juice
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1 (8 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave at 50% power for 45 seconds.
  2. Blend sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth. Add softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour filling into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate until filling sets, about 1 hour.

Cheap, Easy, Quick! Made this for the church pot-luck lunch and it disappeared quickly. Make the day before so it can set up. Great cool dessert in the summer heat. I will definitly make this again.. Note: I used 3 big lemons to get the 1/2 cup juice and added lemon zest for an extra boost. I also added a few drops of yellow food color for eye appeal.
