For the man and I, I was looking for a quick and simple dinner. I had leftover pizza dough, which I often use to make flatbreads. Adding vegetables to a meat mixture is easy, and you can experiment with the flavors. You are welcome to add your preferred spicy sauce for a stronger kick. To finish the dish, serve with a side salad. You can substitute any ingredients you like, such as beef with turkey or chicken or different cheeses. Enjoy by taco-flipping flatbread!

Needed a lot more oatmeal! We made this as a bar recipe. Baked about twice as long. Would for sure include tons more add-ins: chia seed, Craisins, walnuts, etc. Also would DEFINITELY add cinnamon or other spices. The texture is a bit weird; but we spread a little peanut butter on before enjoying these treats. Will make again. A good base recipe!
These are very good and easy to make. I didn’t have cranberries. My husband doesn’t like coconut so I left that out. Added more chocolate chips. Threw in some flaxseed. They are really delicious and healthy. Thanks for the recipe!
