Key Lime Cookies

  3.5 – 2 reviews  • Drop Cookie Recipes

I required a post-workout protein smoothie that also served as a meal replacement for breakfast and would keep me satisfied until lunch. Everything I attempted merely satisfied me for an hour or two before my hunger returned. I eventually came up with this after experimenting to come up with something wholesome, delectable, and incredibly full. This smoothie is packed with calories, carbs, fiber, protein, and everything else.

They really are CAKE-like. Taste is great.

I halved the recipe and using a 1 tsp cookie scoop I got 22 cookies. They are not the prettiest cookies but they are tasty. I baked them for 13 minutes and they were just starting to brown. They are soft and cake-like. There is a faint key lime taste. We enjoyed them and I would make them again.
