Jack Daniel’s Fudge

  5.0 – 2 reviews  • Fudge Recipes

A modest amount of alcoholic fudge is produced by this recipe. Avoid overindulging when satisfying your appetite. After making this fudge out of a 7-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk, I had plenty left over to sweeten my coffee for a few days.

Prep Time: 10 mins

Additional Time: 2 hrs
Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins
Servings: 24
Yield: 24 pieces

Ingredients

  1. 1 ¾ cups semisweet chocolate chips
  2. ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  3. 3 tablespoons whiskey (such as Jack Daniel’s®)
  4. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. ⅛ teaspoon salt
  6. 1 cup finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Line a 5×7-inch dish with foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Place chocolate chips in a glass bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and keep microwaving at 15-second intervals, stirring each time until chocolate is melted. Add sweetened condensed milk, whiskey, vanilla, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated. Stir in pecans.
  3. Pour fudge into the lined dish and let set, 2 to 3 hours. Lift out of the dish using the foil overhang and cut into 24 squares.
  4. You can use any type of nuts you like.

I made it for a party and everyone LOVED it….I added more Jack Daniels than suggested 😉

It was SO easy and very good! I doubled everything in the recipe except the nuts and put it in an 8×8 pan instead of the 5×7 pan. I also sprinkled a tiny bit of sea salt on the top and it was delicious!
