worked amazing

It wasn’t quite sweet enough, so I doubled the sugar to 2 Tbl powdered sugar. Otherwise, perfect. Just gotta know when to stop and when to whip more. The first time, It was kind of heavy. But that’s because I didn’t whip it quite enough.

I never realized how easy this is! I really like the vanilla, which makes me think of flavors to match cream pies. It looks incredible, also! Get ready for the compliments!!!

Great consistency. I added a 1/4 cup of sugar however.

Easy and fast recipe. Doubled the sugar and still a very light flavor. Used it on top of a homemade key lime pie which was tart, so the balance was good. Tip…after chilling bowl/whisk for 10min, I put ice packs under the mixing bowl to keep chilled while mixing. Worked like charm and it whipped up fast!

This recipe was great and it was quick and easy.

Mine turned out too thin. Googling why this happens there are so many things that can go wrong like using light cream vs heavy cream or whipping cream and chilling of utensils.

I made only one change, I put my 8 cup Pyrex bowl w handle and 2 beater attachments off my hand mixer into refrigerator for 15 minutes to get cold while I got out the other ingredients. Then I made this fantastic easy recipe! I admit I might of added in extra confectionary sugar I love this recipe! I printed this out for each of my teenagers recipe 3 inch book binders of all our favorites traditions, foods and desserts. Slide each page in a clear plastic page protector in binders for each so I didn’t forget.

I found that the recipe needed two more tsp. of confectioners sugar, and another tsp. of vanilla. It was easy to make. Yes, definately chill the bowl and beaters beforehand.

Recipe worked well for coffee jelly. Made it with a stand mixer and whisk attachment. Do be sure to freeze your bowl before making
