I couldn’t find a stick blender ice-cream recipe til now. I used to make it for the kids and friends on hot days. Now again. YUM!!!

THIS IS SOOOOOOOO GOOD! I tried it on a really hot day and my kids looooved it!

Tastes great. I’ve made strawberry and blueberry, but the strawberry was definitely better. My blender isn’t very good, so it takes a longer than five minutes. And it does need some freezer time to make it into ice cream. But it’s a simple, easy treat.

I don’t like things too sweet, so I used 1/4 cup of golden monk fruit sweetener and enough hot water (about 1/4 cup) in the bottom of the vitamix to dissolve it. Then added 1/3 cup of heavy cream and then the 10 ounces of strawberries last. I had to use the tamper to get everything smoothed out while blending, but it came out perfect to me. Delicious!

I LOVE this recipe! Tried it with blueberries too! So easy and a great treat!

We’re obsessed. We’ve literally had it the past three nights in a row. I will say after the first night we decided to switch out the sugar for simple syrup, just to remove a bit of the grittiness of the sugar. Both ways taste fantastic and the hardest part is processing the strawberries in the blender.

I didn’t really like it. I mean it was fine but too sweet should add some more fruits and less cream and sugar I prefer energy balls of peanut butter and oats.

It was a miracle! I was skeptical that it would work at first, but it did work, spectacularly! I used yogurt instead of heavy cream, and it worked fine. I will be using this recipe a lot!

I made this with 5 oz. banana and 5 oz. of avocado! I also added in a tbsp. of cocoa powder and it made a really delish choc banana ice cream!

Delicious! Our blender had a little but of a tough time getting through the frozen berries,we had to stop and stur a lot, but it’s old so I think it was just that! But it was worth all the effort, absolutely delicious and great for our family night treat! We have a 1 (almost 2) and a 4 (almost 5) year-olds and they both loved it! We chose a strawberry and banana blend!

It was the BEST thing I have ever had so GOOD

I’ve made it 3 or 4 times already and I love it! It came out more like a super thick smoothie but I put in a plastic container and freeze it for several hours and it’s very delicious and creamy when it’s completely frozen.

I made this with splenda and fat free greek yogurt instead of cream. Amazingly yummy!

Loved by me and loved by the grandkids.

This was amazing!! and not just because I added rum. The texture came out perfectly in our ninja! I cut back on the sugar a little and used mangoes (what I had on hand). So easy and delicious, I just had to send it to all my friends!

simple easy reciepe. I’ve made it twice now, first with strawberries and the second with raspberries.
Christie Bentley
I have made it 3 times. We prefer about 1 cup cream as the original recipe is a little to “icy” for us. Otherwise, excellent.

I love this recipe. I have made it once each with strawberries, pineapple and peaches. Plus I make it FAT FREE. I use fat free evaporated milk and Splenda. It’s delicious and guilt free! Awesome.
Patrick Price
I made this with raspberries and it’s my absolute favorite thing. I eat it wayy to often. Only thing is I’d make it with a little bit less sugar.
