Eggless Cookie Dough (1 Serving)

  4.2 – 28 reviews  • No-Bake Cookie Recipes

I created some eggless cookie dough because I enjoy eating cookie dough on its own. If you like, you can swap out the chocolate chips with other ingredients.

Prep Time: 5 mins
Total Time: 5 mins
Servings: 1
Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  2. 1 ½ tablespoons butter, softened
  3. 1 tablespoon chocolate chips, or more to taste
  4. 1 tablespoon water
  5. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  6. 1 tablespoon white sugar
  7. ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 1 pinch baking soda
  9. 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, butter, chocolate chips, water, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.
  2. There is a potential risk of foodborne illness from the consumption of raw flour.

It was pretty good. I made it for myself following the recipe. The only thing I changed was the amount of chocolate chips. Just remember to heat-treat your flour by microwaving it 30 seconds at a time for 1-2 minutes before adding to the dough.

This recipe was amazing. super delicious The recipe also told me to heat my flour and it made it so much better. 10/10 so good

Consistency is way off. It is very buttery and the texture is off. It does not come out like cookie dough at all. It’s a no from me.

It was a little bland and didn’t really taste like cookie dough

I love it!!! Great a little dry though so maybe more water but definitely eating again!!!

Amazing! But it needed some more water because the consistency wasnt gooey enough. Waayyy too lumpy, but that may have been because i used chocolate chunks instead of chocolate chips. But it turned out great! I’d give it a solid 4 1/2 stars!

The recipe was really good, but it needed one tablespoon more of flour. Other than that, it was good.

I loved this cookie dough! It was so good, and I made a double batch for a friend and I to split. I always want to eat cookie dough, but I don’t want to eat a ton if it has raw eggs in it. This is a great alternative that (on the off-chance) won’t get you sick! I highly recommend and I added it to my favorites.

I made the cookies this morning. It made about 12 cookies. I add peanut butter instead of chips and my husband and son said they tasted good.

Too buttery, proportions are way off

Loved it! It made my cookie dough dreams come true!

I love it, but think my tweaked version might have been more light and less grainy.
