Ingredients

  1. 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  3. ½ cup vegan white sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  5. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 ½ cups almond milk
  8. 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet.
  2. Whisk flour, chocolate chips, sugar, flax seeds, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Whisk almond milk and water together in a separate bowl. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, 15 to 18 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. You can use any vegan milk you prefer.

Horrible! Who came up w this? Way too much liquid. Was soupy like cake batter, but I tried to make cookies any way and they were flips and tasted absolutely terrible. What a waste of ingredients and time. Such a shame.
