Italian sausage, tons of vegetables, and a simple chunky red sauce! wonderful for lasagna or your preferred pasta meal! Additionally, you can process everything in the food processor if you want the benefits of the vegetables but have finicky eaters at your table. I can say this because I’ve done it.

Ingredients

  1. 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  2. ¾ cup white sugar
  3. 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  4. 1 gallon clean fresh snow

Instructions

  1. Stir sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually stir snow into milk mixture until your desired consistency is reached.

If you don’t have a sweet condensed milk, use heavy whipping cream. If you use half and half, or milk, this will not work. If you have wooden spoons (or plastic) and a big bowl, kids will love this. But then, so do adults.

This was just like my childhood. We used have 3-4 heavy snows a year growing up and we would make it and freeze for later! Delicious…..

I love it but it melts really fast so I add more snow so it dosnt melt as fast
