Depending on how much chili and curry powder you use, you can make a spicy chili if you so desire. Unlike your standard chili. Best if allowed to chill before reheating. Serve alongside brown rice.

Ingredients

  1. ⅓ cup rolled oats
  2. ½ medium banana, mashed
  3. 1 (.55 ounce) package sugar free hot cocoa mix
  4. ½ scoop chocolate-flavored whey protein powder
  5. 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  6. 1 tablespoon applesauce
  7. ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  2. Mix oats, banana, cocoa mix, protein powder, peanut butter, applesauce, and baking powder together in a bowl.
  3. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until golden, and set around the edges, 10 to 15 minutes.

For a quick and easy fix, these will do. I baked them for exactly 15 minutes and they were very soft. I stuck them in my air fryer oven for 5 minutes to crisp them up a bit. I got 6 cookies using a medium cookie scoop. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
