Great molasses cookie recipe! I was looking for a molasses cookie that was soft & tasted like molasses. This recipe calls for 1/2 cup molasses, more than most other recipes. I followed the instructions exactly and they came out beautifully! They taste great, not too sweet, the chocolate does not overpower the molasses taste. Highly recommend! Thank you Jocelyn! Most excellent!
