This delicious dinner of eggs and zucchini is ideal. This was a dish that my dad, an Italian, used to whip up for himself whenever he wanted. In 1996, when I was in my 20s, I freaked out when I saw it being offered as an appetizer at a hip Greek restaurant.

Reviews
This is a good snack, however the recipe calls for about twice the amount of flour needed! I also added chocolate chips to mine. Yum!!
This was a total failure. If I could give it negative stars, I would. The dough never came together even though I added more milk. I wound up with what looked and tasted like sand. Total waste of food and time.
