The most enjoyable way to have coffee and donuts might be this! The simplest tiramisu ever is made from mini powdered donuts that have been dipped in strong coffee, layered with sweet, creamy pudding, and dusted with cocoa powder. Serve for breakfast or dessert with additional coffee!

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups milk
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups strongly brewed coffee
- 1 (12 ounce) package small powdered sugar donuts
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Whisk milk and pudding mix together in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and set aside.
- Pour coffee into a shallow bowl. Dip one donut into the coffee and hold for 5 to 10 seconds on each side. Place in the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish. Repeat with 11 more donuts to fill the bottom of the dish.
- Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the donuts. Repeat the process with remaining 12 donuts and pudding mixture. Lightly sprinkle cocoa powder over top.
- Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight. Serve chilled.
- You can use espresso instead of strong coffee, if desired.

It’s so good…Especially the mixture….But whole thing together when you take the first bite is so good.
The taste is great, though I don’t think my coffee was strong enough because I could barely taste the coffee flavor. The one issue I had was the fact that 1, 10oz bag of mini donuts was not enough for two layers. I had to run back to the store in the middle of putting this together to get another bag of mini donuts (and that bag barely had enough for a full second layer). I’ll make this again though!
It turned out alright. I like tiramisu stuff so had to try it. The only thing I had to do different was change the donut. I just didn’t see a powder donut going with tiramisu. So I did mini cake donuts and dipped them in the coffee. Had it all sit over night. It was good but I won’t make again.
